Dear True Blood,

We have found the soundtrack for Season 2 of your most excellent show on HBO. (Love that Sookie Stackhouse.)

It's a little band from Portland, Oregon that reminds us of a nice mix between a big band from Portland, Or (The Decemberists) and a medium band from Portland, Or (Blitzen Trapper) and the coolest of cool bands, those Mountain Goats. And even though you're filming now in Baton Rouge, La (perfect), we think these new Portland guys have it all going on.

You see, they sing of Devils and Vampires and that super skinny line between good and evil. It's all gothic and swampy and harrowing in its' anti-biblical kind of way. Pretty damn near perfect for you.

Oh, and did I mention that their new album is entitled Salvation Is A Deep Dark Well?

Resting my case.
